When I run completely out of emotional energy it feels like running out of emotions. I often spike high on being sad emotional and then hit a flat state. It doesn’t feel bad or negative or really anything at all. It’s just apparent that I need to introvert.

The more times I start a conversation in my head the more awkward I feel about saying it out loud. I overanalyze the emotions and dislike throwing them out there if I don’t know why I’m they mean so much. Still, it’s good to get it out.

It’s hard to tell the noise to go away when all you want to do is hide. Somedays the world is a bit louder than others.

It takes a lot of focus to be able to navigate the world, when I’m that tired. Bushes, poles, and other objects, have a bad habit of leaping at me when I’m drained.

When suitably tired I don’t have words. Instead I have access to a limited number of exclamations. Additionally, the longer the word the more emotive: “eeeeeeee!” means lots of flailing.

I did initiate some conversations…it’s interesting being in an surrounded by  more introverted people, especially for the contrast that after parties (++alcohol) brings.

I am sometimes often bad at reacting suddenly. And he kept appearing and then disappearing very quickly…

I don’t need my phone…except to have a reason to not interact with other people.

At work there are about a dozen different people that I consistently seek out. I have a lot more than that, that I deal with. But, I have a core group of about a dozen (all mostly on different teams) that I work with and check up on. The fact that I do 95% of the initiation of conversation can make me seem like an extrovert to the casual observer (I’m always talking to different people!) but, it’s always the 1:1 interactions, which is a nice pace.

When questions are completed open ended you might as well not have asked me anything at all. Even slightly targeted questions are much easier for me to bounce off of.
