When I think of ESTJs their are two I think of. One I adore and the other I can’t stand. The one I can’t stand it nit picky, controlling, you have to do things his way. The one I adore (and worked with) is mellow, easy-going, ex-military, practical problem solver and complete sweetheart. Zoom

ESTJs, also disconcertingly direct. It was interesting hearing one using others competence as a basis to assume I might be competent. Not a warm feelers, you like the people I like; a very T “these competent people believe you are competent”. Zoom

It’s interesting how being “shifty-eyed” has such a negative connotation. In conversations with S’es I’ve often found the need to focus my eyes, as to appear less spastic to them. Zoom

I adore and can never comprehend SJs. They have skills that just don’t compute with me. I can’t help but smile at the thought of my favorite ESTJ. He often had no idea what I was talking about, but if I brought up a real world immediate problem, he would get an immediate solution. Zoom
